Shipping & Returns

Order processing can take up to 3 days (excluding weekends). All orders are shipped Domestically and Internationally with warehouses in Los Angeles and Hong Kong that generally take 7-12 business days for delivery. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping charges include shipping cost and packaging costs. 

 

​Please note, Saturday, Sunday, & holidays are not considered business days.

 

​Returns

 

All sales are final.
However, RingMSTR will issue a refund to the original method of payment if any of the following occur:

• Your order is cancelled by RingMSTR.
• An item in your order becomes unavailable after processing.
• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed on our end. Your bank or card issuer may require up to 15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded back to the same gift card immediately.

 

Exchanges

 

Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.

 

Cancellations

 

​We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.​In the event an item becomes unavailable, we will cancel and fully refund your purchase back to your original form of payment. This may include cancellations on specific items within an order. You will be notified of any cancellations via email
